SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

Once your order has been processed, delivery usually takes 5–12 working days. All orders are shipped with tracking, so you can follow your MiniScope™ on its journey to you.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

Some orders may be dispatched from one of our international fulfilment centres.

Depending on the destination and applicable customs regulations, import duties, taxes or other charges may apply.

Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient upon delivery. Any applicable customs or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
